Food supplement containing a special blend of herbs that help promote relaxation. Passionflower, valerian, eschscholzia and linden help relieve stress and, together with bacopa and chamomile, promote sleep. Magnesium supports the functioning of the nervous system and melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep*.

*The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.

Directions:

Take 1 or 2 tablets once a day before going to sleep.

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) herb with flowers E.S. (titrated to 3.5% in vitexin), microcrystalline cellulose°, (L-)tryptophan, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) roots E.S. (titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acids), ashwagandha or Indian ginseng (Withania somnifera) roots E.S. (titrated to 2.5% in withanolides), bacopa or brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) herb E.S. (titrated to 20% in bacosides), German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) flower heads E.S. (titrated to 1% in apigenin), eschscholzia or California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) herb E.S. (titrated to 0.35% in protopine), magnesium oxide, maltodextrin from corn or rice°, gum arabic°, large-leaved linden (Tilia platyphyllos) flowers E.S. (titrated at 5% in rutin), silicon dioxide°°, magnesium salts of fatty acids°°, melatonin. ° Bulking agent. °° Anticaking agent. E.S. = dry extract.
